PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge regulator suppressing a water flow sound and a multiplex solenoid valve provided with the discharge regulator. SOLUTION: This discharge regulator 3 has a guide member 5 drilling a guide hole 51 narrowing a flow path area to be arranged in a flow path inlet side and a divider flow member 4 provided with a main flow hole 41 in a position overlapping with the guide hole 51 drilled smaller than the guide hole 51 and one or two or more divider flow holes 42 drilled in a position without overlapping with the guide hole 51 to consist of elastic material able to display throttle action by deflecting an inner edge of the main flow hole 41 by a fluid pressure to be arranged in a flow path outlet side. The guide member 5 and the divider flow member 4 are superposed with a gap 71 so as to connect the guide hole 51 and the divider flow hole 42, and a straightening flow member 7 is provided in the main flow hole 41 of the divider flow member 4.
