<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin intake manifold having a shape moldable by injection molding, though it can be installed in a small engine room without impairing the intake performance. SOLUTION: A tank 1 to be connected with the side with carburettor, a port to be connected with the cylinder side of engine, and a pipe line part 10 consisting of a plurality of intake pipes whose one-side ends are led to the tank 1 and other ends are further branched and continued to the port 20, are formed out of synthetic resin prepared by mixing glass fibers with 6.6-nylon or 6-nylon. The pipe line part 10 is formed through an injection molding process in a integrated structure consisting of a first pipe element A and a second pipe element divided in the axial direction.</p> |
