COIN FEEDER FOR COIN COUNTER

摘要

FIELD: rejection of defaced and joined coins in coin channel running to coin counter. SUBSTANCE: feeder has centrifugal disk, splitter, drive mechanism forming movable and fixed guides of coin channel. Mounted above channel are drive conveyer belt and plate for restricting height of coin channel section as well as cam-type adjusting mechanism kinematically coupled with movable guide and with mentioned plate. The latter is hinged on turning case pin and loosely coupled with coin channel section height sensor loosely mounted on turning case pin and kinematically coupled with cam of channel height adjusting mechanism. Part of plate is made in the form of flat vertical rib placed in clearance between side surfaces of drive run of conveyer and fixed guide of count track; movable guide of count track is kinematically coupled with electromagnetic drive armature. EFFECT: improved capacity of counter due to removal of wedged coins without its stopping. 4 dwg
