SUBSTANCE: method involves removing coccygeal bone, cutting out two U-shaped cutaneofasciocellular grafts on feeding pedicel, de- epithelializing their surfaces and placing them into the residual cavity of the ischiorectal fossa with free ends being attached to fascial envelope of the rectum. Rectococcygeal ligament is repaired that results in rectal fixing apparatus reconstruction. EFFECT: prevented hematoma formation followed by suppuration.
