PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin laminated film superior in antistatic properties, process stability and transparency, having no problems of whitening by bleed, blocking and the like and adverse effect on bonding properties and printability, and not generating smoke at the time of processing. SOLUTION: An antistatic resin layer, which is composed of 55-90 wt.% polypropylene resin, 5-40 wt.% aromatic ring containing polyether ester amid of 160 deg.C melting point or lower, 3-20 wt.% polyamide resin, a number-average molecular weight of 800-25,000 modified low-molecular polypropylene having an acid value of 5-15, and one kind or more of 1-20 wt.% modified low- molecular polypropylene selected out of modified low molecular polypropylene having a number average molecular weight of 800-28,000 prepared by using alkanolamine and/or a hydroxy group containing polyoxyakylene compound and modifying the above polypropylene, is formed on an outermost layer and an oriented polyolefin resin laminate oriented film of superior transparency is formed. |
