<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the YAG laser beam machining head capable of efficiently achieving the laser beam machining. SOLUTION: In a YAG laser beam machining head 1 having a beam collimator 11 and optical systems for collection 19a, 19b, a main head 3 provided with a beam splitter 17 to split the incident beam LB between the beam collimator 11 and the optical system 19a for collection, and a sub head 5 to collect and irradiate the split beam SB which is reflected and split by the beam splitter 17 in the diagonal direction relative to the optical axis of the emitting beam, are integratedly provided.</p> |
