<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify water quality of eutroficated water in lakes and marshes and fish preserves by means of a windmill. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises (1) installing a vertical shaft windmill 1 on the central top part of a raft 7, (2) connecting a working shaft 11 working in water with the bottom part of the rotational main shaft 2 of the windmill by passing through a shaft through-hole opened at the central part of the raft, (3) installing one or a plurality of diffusion wings 13, agitation wings 24 and propellers 21 on the lower part of the working shaft 11 at proper intervals, (4) guiding downward compressed air of an air pump 14 through a hose 22 and ejecting it into water from a nozzle 30 fixed on a wt. hung just below the working shaft from the raft and elevating it along the always rotating working shaft, (5) if necessary, guiding downward compressed air of the pump through a hollow working shaft pipe and ejecting it into water and elevating it along the rotating working shaft, and (6) fixing the raft on a wt. sunk in water by using a rope 20.</p> |
