The transducer has a control shaft (10) actuated so as to rotate. The transducer has: - an open ring (40) clamped on the control shaft (10) so as to follow the displacement of the shaft (10), with the possibility of relative displacement between the control shaft (10) and the ring (40); - at least an arm (42) fixed onto the ring (40), which is generally radial with respect to the axis of rotation (O-O) of the control shaft (10), which cooperates with an auxiliary contact (52,54) which is fixed so as to detect the rotation direction of the control shaft (10). The shaft (10) has a manually activated grip. The transducer also includes an electrically conducing wiper switch (20) linked to rotate with the shaft (10) during its pivoting movement and a circuit (30) including electrical conducting tracks whose connection state can be modified, by the wiper switch (20) to the displacement rhythm of the control shaft (10).
