PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a separating position in a foliage part to be suitably changed as necessary and to enable a transmission system to a cutting device to be hardly broken in comparing to a flexible shaft. SOLUTION: This rhizome harvester pulls up a rhizome crop planted in a levee face in a running of the machine and separates an intermediate of a length in a foliage part of the crop by a cutting device driven by an engine. In the harvester, a height of a fixed position of the cutting device 14 is made to changeable and a rotation of the engine 25 is transmitted to the cutting device 14 through a rigid transmission system 269 comprising a gear, a rigid shaft, etc. |
