an absorber layer; an anti-reflection layer is arranged in front of said absorber layer, said anti-reflection layer comprising:
a nanostructured layer having periodically arranged antenna elements made of an electrically conductive material, said antenna elements being arranged in a regular pattern at a distance of 1 to 50 nanometers from said absorber layer and being is at least partially received within said anti-reflection layer;wherein said nanostructured layer together with a back contact of said photovoltaic cell forms an optical resonator;wherein said antenna elements are arranged at a distance of 2 to 20 nanometers from said absorber layer;wherein said antenna elements are arranged periodically with respect to each other at distances of 200 to 800 nanometers; andwherein said antenna elements have a height of 10 to 200 nanometers. |
