SOLUTION: When, for example, it is not able to prepare a response to an item requiring the response at a site B even when the item is transmitted to the site B from a site A by electronic mail, the item is further transmitted to a site C by electronic mail, but it is informed to the site A from the site B by electronic mail. When the response to the item is prepared at the site C, the item is transmitted to the site A by electronic mail and it is informed to the site B by electronic mail. |
