HELP PROCESSOR, AND MEDIUM WHERE HELP PROCESS CONTROL PROGRAM IS STORED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a help processor which has a help function for displaying an explanation regarding a function conforming to the purpose of operation by an operator through easy operation and makes it easy to use the help function even when more than one explanation is displayed. SOLUTION: A document editing device 1 stores the latest key history of an input part 3 in a key storage part 5 every time a key of the input part 3 is operated. When a 1st help key 18 of the input part 3 is operated, a 1st help part 8 starts a 1st help process. In the 1st help process, a search part 14 selects one or more explanations out of all explanations relating to processes that can be executed by the document device 1 from a data base part 6 according to the said key history. A sorting part 16 determines the display order of the selected explanations according to the latest key history and the selected explanations are displayed at a display part 11 in the display order.
