SUBSTANCE: separation is carried out by high-pressure liquid chromatography method at the room temperature in gradient regime using methanol in phosphate buffer at pH = 7 at the following ratios: 3% methanol - 1000 mcl from which 200 mcl is used for column regeneration, then 10%, 30% and 40% (by 400 mcl) followed by assay of water-soluble vitamins at 260 nm and calcium pantothenate at 210 nm for three times, not less.
