摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hot gas removal pipeline in coolant regeneration device is coupled to regulator of liquid distillation temperature. Regulator maintains very low value of temperature to prevent moisture transfer and to set liquid level. Distillation chamber includes heat-exchange system and distilled coolant removal system, as well as inlet pipeline for supplying contaminated coolant. Steam formed above liquid in chamber is branched by compressor from which hot gases are removed through coil pipe immersed in liquid in distillation chamber. Compressor may supply gases over pipeline periodically by-passing the coil pipe in compliance with control signals coming from thermoregulator. In any case, when flow passes either through drain pipeline or through coil pipe, small air-cooled refrigerator dissipates heat generated by compressor. Given system does not require air or water-cooled refrigerators used usually for condensation of coolant. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 1 dwg
