SUBSTANCE: method includes measurement of length, width and height of tongue frenulum in point of its fastening to alveolar part of lower jaw bone body, and indication for plasty of tongue frenulum is determined by reduction of length, increase of width and reduction of height of tongue frenulum as compared with norm. Method provides for elaboration of recommendations for individual surgical interventions of plasty of tongue short frenulum. EFFECT: higher efficiency . 3 dwg
