PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the biodegradation status of e.g. crude oil by detecting e.g. aromatic bacteria at gene level through detection of microorganisms by use of a base sequence coding the preservable amino acid sequences on a dioxygenate gene. SOLUTION: Microorganisms or bacteria group is easily detected/identified in high accuracy by using a base sequence coding the preservable amino acid sequences (one party is Cys-Ser-Tyr-His-Gly-Trp or Cys-Ser-Phe-His-Gly-Trp, the other party being Glu-Ala-Ala-Phe-Lys-Trp-Asn) on an aromatic hydroxylase dioxygenase gene. |
