PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-band sampler module which can be realized by the optical axis adjustment of an optical semiconductor element for emitting an optical short pulse and an electrode of a photodetector or making the optical axis free of adjustment. SOLUTION: A module having an optical semiconductor element 1 and photoconductor 4 integrated in a package is realized by only the optical axis adjustment of an optical short pulse emitted from the optical semiconductor element 1 and an electrode of the photoconductor 4 on an Si substrate 3. Or an electrode 5 pattern of the photoconductor 4 is formed on an Si substrate 3 and the optical semiconductor element 1 is mounted on the electrode 5 with solder bumps 6, wherein the optical semiconductor element 1 is positioned with a high accuracy, without adjusting, owing to the cell alignment effect of alignment markers for mounting at high accuracy and solder bumps 6. |
