PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the pulverization of olive leaves whose pulverization has been considered to be difficult. SOLUTION: This method for pulverizing olive leaves comprises receiving the olive leaves and plural ceramic, zirconia or stainless steel (including other metals) balls in a hollow drum having a lidded openable or closable opening at a part of the drum and subsequently rotating the drum. The produced olive leaf powder can be used as a tea, added to confection to prepare a luxury food, added to bean curd, etc., to prepare general foods, solidified with gelatin, etc., to prepare health-assisting foods, packed in a tea pack-like state to prepare a bath agent, and further used as a soap material, thereby enabling the employment of the olive leaf powder for a wide range of uses. |
