<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an output transformer easy to be used by providing a first conductor which is wound between the protruding part of a secondary conductor and a secondary core, and a heating coil which is connected to a U-shaped concave part of the secondary conductor. SOLUTION: A corner pipe 8 of a secondary coil 2 has a hole 8a inside, and one-end side 8b is opened. To an another end side 8c, a hose connector 10 is brazed and fixed. To an opening 9a part of a U-shaped concave part 9 of the secondary coil 2, a discoidal copper plate 11 is brazed and fixed. In the copper plate 11, a hole 11a which is communicated to the hole 8a of the corner pipe 8 is formed, and four screw holes 11b are formed. A heating coil 6 has a fixing part 12, a straight part 14 and annular coil part 15 formed at the tip part of the straight part 14. The fixing part 12 is brazed and fixed to a fixing plate 13 of the plane-shaped copper plate, and a hole 13a, which is communicated to the hole 11a of the copper plate, is formed in the fixing plate 13. Four attaching hole 13b are formed. A bolt 16 is screwed into a screw hole 11b of the copper plate from the attaching hole 13b. The heating coil 6 is attached to the copper plate 11.</p> |
