The road bed leveler has a scraper bar (10) with an adaptor plate (24) for a suspension arm. The bar pivots around a link (18). Eyes on the mounting plate (20) form a connection with matching eyes on the adaptor plate. The bar can be raised by a chain (46) between the mounting and adaptor plates.
