A seal for weather proofing between adjacent cladding panels (2), especially at the edge of cladding, has profiled supports with open grooves (3) between the cladding panels. The seal has lower lips (11) for a press-fit into the grooves and upper profiled lips (5) to hold cover strip cladding which covers the joint. The top of the seal has another set of profiled lips (8) set across the seal and onto which are clipped the ends of the cover cladding sections.
