PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reexamine the ability of a server and a transmission to change design at the time of increasing the number of clients and to remove such worry that the increment itself of clients is impossible. SOLUTION: A server load judging part 214 in a client unit 2 judges the repair/updating processing load state of a server unit 1 to each client unit by adding the contents of its own load condition file 24 and the contents of an updating reference information file 13 for the unit 1 to the contents of a server load information file 14 for the unit 1, and only when there is a mergin more than a certain degree, a repair/updating processing request is outputted from the unit 2 to the unit 1. |
