PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the generated power regardless of the change of the wind direction in a wind power generator which comprises a vane mounted in a space at a specific height from the ground as the motive power by mounting a guide plate for guiding the wind flowing in the space to a propeller, in the space from a lower end of the propeller of the vane to the ground. SOLUTION: A steel tower 3 is built on the ground surface 4, a propeller 1 is mounted on an apex of this steel tower 3, and a generator 2 is driven by the torque of the propeller 1. On this occasion, a guide plate 5 is mounted in a space S between a lower end T of the propeller 1 and the ground surface 4 in a state that it is supported by a strut 8, and the air flowing in the space S is guided to the propeller 1 by the guide plate 5. A front end 6 of this guide plate 5 is raised from the ground surface 4 by a length corresponding to a boundary layer δ1 of the ground, and a rear end 7 is lowered from a lower end T of the propeller 1 by a length corresponding to a boundary layer δ2 of the guide plate 5, whereby the low-speed component of the wind of both boundary layers δ1, δ2 can be prevented from guided. Whereby the wind speed can be increased, and the generated power can be effectively increased. |
