<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase shearing impact strength and to eliminate sewing by a sewing machine by sticking a polyethylene display film to the surface of a main body sheet stuck with both edges in the longitudinal direction of multiple belt-like knit/woven fabrics of polypropylene resin threads. SOLUTION: Long knit/woven fabrics 1, 1a of polypropylene resin threads are delivered from separdtely wound rolls respectively. Connecting resins 2, 2a are heated and fused by an extruding machine and are poured along both edges in the longitudinal direction between the knit/woven fabrics 1, 1a by the opening nozzles 4, 4a of a die 3. The knit/woven fabrics 1, 1a are guided between pressing/cooling rollers 5, 5a to be pressed and cooled, and the knit/ woven fabrics 1, 1a are connected to form a main body sheet 7. A polyethylene display film wound on a roll is wound on another roll and is guided, pressed, cooled, and connected. Shear resistance is improved, strength is stabilized because of no perforation, and both edges are not frayed.</p> |
