FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: special vodka has the proof 40% and contains the following components, l/1 000 dal of ready product: 65.8%-th sugar syrup 22-24; mint essential oil dissolved in rectified alcohol at the ratio 1:10 0.034-0.036; lemon oil dissolved in rectified alcohol at the ratio 1:10 0.08-0.99 and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid prepared of rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and purified drinking water - the rest. The combination of the used components at their quantitative ratio ensures to prepare special vodka showing soft, slightly refreshing taste and barely detectable bitter orange taste. EFFECT: improved organoleptic indices of vodka, broadened assortment of special vodka. |
