摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to operate with high heat efficiency by a small number of operators by supplying powdery carbon to a firing pipe, irradiating the upper surface of the deposited layer thereof with microwave to form a high temp. fired layer inside and continuously firing to graphitize. SOLUTION: A powdery carbon continuously firing device 1 is composed of a furnace 2 provided in the center, the firing pipe 3 under the furnace 2, a powdery carbon supply device 4 mounted at the upper part and a fired product take-out device 5 for continuously taking out a fired product from the under side and a microwave guide pipe 7 for irradiating the upper surface of the deposited layer 6 of the powdery carbon deposited in the firing pipe 3 with microwave from the oblique upper side is provided extendedly in the furnace 2. The furnace 2 is formed so as to be narrow in the lower side and to be parallel to the lower part 2a and the upper part 3a of the firing pipe 3 each other by the furnace inside wall 8 and a thermally insulating layer 10 by the powdery carbon is formed in the gap thereof. A high temp. layer of about 3200 deg.C is formed inside by the heating with microwave from the surface of the powdery carbon without radiation heat loss. The product is easily taken out because of the descending depositing system.
