SOLUTION: A biodegradable net 1 braided by using one kind or a plurality of threads among threads composed of 10 to 300 threads of flat yarn of polylactic acid resin fiber having 300 to 3000 denier, monofilament of polylactic acid resin fiber having 100 to 3000 denier, and multifilament of polylactic acid resin fiber having 5 to 50 denier is spread on a slope 2. A vegetation material 3 in which plant seeds (a) are mixed is sprayed thereon.
