PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact piping inside a vibration isolation building having a high load limit, saving a piping installation area and absorbing relative displacement in accordance with the relative displacement between a ground and the vibration isolation building, even if displacement occurs in the ground around the vibration isolation building by earthquake, etc. SOLUTION: One end 11a of a flexible bent pipe 11 and one end 12a of the other flexible bent pipe 12 are opposed to each other and are linearly connected to each other with welding through a pipe body 4c along the OX line, the other end 11b of the flexible bent pipe 11 is connected to a pipe body 4d by welded connection on the vertical plane XZ, and the other end 12b of the flexible bent pipe 12 is connected to a pipe body 4e by welded connection on the horizontal plane XY. Even if the pipe body 4e connected to the flexible bent pipe 12 has the displacement in the pipe axial ground or in the ground at right angles to the pipe axis by earthquake, etc., at the outside of the vibration isolation building, a bent pipesection of the flexible bent pipe 12 absorbs the pipe axial displacement, and a wave-like expansion section 13b absorbs the displacement in the orthogonal direction to the pipe axis on the horizontal plane XY.
