<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tentatively locking a joint member such as a refrigerant exit/ entrance union to a header without causing any deviation and falling in a firm assembly state, to simplify the tacking work, and to simplify post processing after collective brazing. SOLUTION: A union 5 as a joint member is provided with a base edge pipe part 5a, and the base edge pipe part 5a is inserted into and arranged at a header 3 while it projects from the header 3 through an insertion hole 3a being provided at the hollow header 3. Then, the union 5 is engaged to and retained at the header 3 so that it cannot be pulled out easily since a projecting part in the header of the base edge pipe part 5a is expended and deformed. The union 5 and the header 3 are joined into one piece by collective brazing.</p> |
