摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the apparatus as a whole by simplifying the layout of ducts in a three-tower type exhaust gas treatment apparatus to minimize an installing space. SOLUTION: Three regenerative chambers 3A-3C are arranged at positions adjacent to each other, that is, at apexes of a rough triangle viewed on a plane and hence, exhaust gas introduction/discharge duels 7A-7C connected to the respective bottom parts are erected almost vertically at positions of the apexes of the triangle. As a result, three branch introduction ducts 8A-8C branched off in three ways from a main introduction duct 8 and three branch exhaust ducts 9A-9C connected in convergence to a main exhaust duel 9 from three ways and three branch purge duels 10A-10C connected in convergence to a main purge duct 10 from three ways can be arranged vertically in three layers without being entangled with each other with respect to the individual exhaust gas introduction/discharge ducts 7A-7C. Thus, only if an installing space of the regenerative chambers 3A-3C is available, all the ducts 8A-8C, 9A-9C and 10A-10C can be arranged therebelow thereby enabling miniaturization with a minimized installing space of the apparatus as a whole.</p>
