PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus for laser pulse energy that accurately measures laser pulse energy in an infrared region. SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 20 for laser pulse energy has a semiconductor optical detector 6 which a laser pulse B2 for monitoring is made incident, a detector temperature control device 21 (7, 8, 9) that controls so that temperature C of the detector 6 is maintained at C1, an integrator 10 that time- integrates an output D0 (D) of the detector 6 corresponding to luminous energy of 1-shot laser pulse to determine energy E of the laser pulse B2. |
