WEFT INSERTION IN LOOM AND AUXILIARY OPENED PORT DEVICE USING IN THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for weft inserting capable of simplifying a controlling technique by simplifying whole device and effectively preventing twisting of a flat yarn by sufficiently shortening a free timing by driving pressing yarns to each constraint position through an auxiliary harness frame in turn, and to provide an auxiliary opened port device using in the method. SOLUTION: This loom has an auxiliary harness frame 30 supporting pressing yarns P. The auxiliary harness frame 30 drives the pressing yarns P to a shunting direction of a rapier according to driving patterns of driving motors M1 and M2 to constrain a flat yarn. In the case, the flat yarn during weft insertion is brought into contact with the pressing yarn P.
