<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape removal device whereby an adhesive tape wound on wire harness can easily be removed. SOLUTION: A lower roll 10 has a cylindrical shape and is made of a metal. The lower roll 10 is provided with a number of conical projections 30 on the peripheral surface of a cylinder. An upper roll 20 also has a cylindrical shape but is made of rubber. The cylindrical peripheral surface of the upper roll 20 is smooth. When wire harness is sandwiched between the lower roll 10 and the upper roll 20 by the rotation of the lower roll 10, the upper roll 20 is deformed to fit the shape of the wire harness to press the entire wire harness against the projections 30. An adhesive tape wound on the wire harness is broken by the projections 30 of the lower roll 10 and easily removed from the wire harness.</p> |
