摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce flow detection errors by reducing the fluctuation of flow dividing ratio between the inside and outside of a flow detection line, while maintaining the flow straightening effect of the flow detection line even in the case of constant flow, pulsating flow, and pulsating flow including backflow. SOLUTION: A flow measuring device has a flow detection line 1 provided in a part of a fluid main passage 10 along a direction approximately parallel to the fluid main passage, and has a flow detecting element 12 placed in the flow rate detection line to measure the flow rate of fluid in the fluid main passage. In this case, a cut 13 or through hole is formed in the pipe wall of the flow detection line at its downstream end. Alternatively, the downstream end is made of an air-permeable member. A projecting step located circumferentially with respect to the central axis of the flow detection line is provided on the exterior wall of the flow detection line upstream of the cut, the through hole, or the air-permeable member.</p>
