<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a crack, also attain facilitation of work and reduction of a cost. SOLUTION: A branch hole 13 of 3.5 mm internal diameter is formed in a common rail 1, a fine pipe-shaped protruded part 25 of 3 mm external diameter is formed in the tip end of a collar 22 of an injection pipe assembly. The protruded part 25 is inserted with a play in the branch hole 13, a tip end surface of the protruded part 25 is provided almost flush with a crossed opening of the branch hole 13 relating to a common rail hole 12. The branch hole 13, by providing the large internal diameter, can be easily formed. Since a gap 27 is generated between the protruded part 25 and the branch hole 13, an equal pressure is received to an internal/external peripheral surface of the protruded part 25, and generation of a crack can be prevented by suppressing generated stress.</p> |
