PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric current passing device securing certain conduction of current with a small structure. SOLUTION: A rolling stock is provided with an additional rolling bearing 5 insulated against a bearing 2 so that an electric current bypasses the bearing 2 without trouble. An inner race 5"' of the rolling bearing 5 is fixedly seated on an axis 1 and the rolling bearing 5 is provided with an insulating bush 6, while this insulating bush 6 is bridged with an insulated connecting means 8.
