<p>The universal fixing device for attaching any, preferably insulation elements to walls of buildings or rooms solves the problem of simple and effective attachment of insulating panels or other elements with the help of two composite attachment elements like attachment washer (1) and attachment anchor (10) featuring simple and compact construction, which is also true for the whole insulating construction with light and heavyweight insulating facade lining. Through the opening (4) inside the attachment washer (1) featuring two supports (2) and (3) a longitudinal opening (17) in the wall, made through the insulation panel (15) and the wall (16) itself, the attachment anchor (10) is applied, which features on the front side of the attachment washers (1) special ears (13), while on the other it features a nib (11) with jagged edges (12). Its cross section is V-shaped. For lightweight facades the supports (2, 3) of the attachment washer (1) are at the same level with the front surface of the deepening (5), while for heavyweight facades they are bent upwards, so that they are at 90 degrees to its front surface. Into their cut-outs (7) a wire net (14) is inserted. With turned-up edges (9) the attachment washer (1) is wedged into the insulating panel (15), while the nib (11) of the attachment anchor (10) is bent in the direction of its jagged edges (12). The length of the attachment anchor (10) is slightly larger than the depth of the longitudinal opening (17) and the height of its V-shaped legs also slightly exceeds its maximum diameter. Both attachment elements are usually made from the same kind of material, preferably prochromium.</p> |
