PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission efficiency in the case of sending image data from a camera to a monitor by means of radio wave transmission. SOLUTION: A spread spectrum transmitter-receiver 106 of a camera section 150 sends photographed image data by using an antenna 113. A spread spectrum transmitter-receiver 202 of a monitor section 250 receives and processes the image data, measures an error quantity of the received data, obtains the data quantity to be sent next based on the measured error and sends it to the camera section 150 as control information. The camera section 150 sets a next transmission data quantity based on the control information and sends the image data of the data quantity.
