PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the handling of adjustment in the input/output of a voice. SOLUTION: The operation of adjustment is facilitated by detecting a distance between portable information terminal equipment and a user through a distance detecting means and controlling the volume of voice output from a voice output device and/or the voice input sensitivity of a voice input device corresponding to the detected distance. When a portable telephone means is incorporated, corresponding to the distance between this portable information terminal equipment and the user, the volume of voice output or the sensitivity of voice input for the portable telephone means is adjusted. |
