PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the degradation in the contract when an antiglare film is mounted at the surface of a display panel and to prevent surface glittering, mirroring-in and whitening. SOLUTION: This antiglare film is obtained by coating a transparent base material film 12, such as triacetate cellulose, with a coating material prepared by mixing translucent diffusing agents 4, such as resin beads into a translucent resin 16 to form an antiglare layer. Further, a low-refractive index layer 20 consisting of a silicon-containing vinylidene fluoride copolymer, etc., is laminated thereon. The antidazzle layer 20 is so formed that the haze factor on the surface of the layer attains 7 to 30 and that the haze value within the antiglare layer 18 reaches 1 to 15. |
