PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open or close a window automatically by installing a window drive unit on one of the sides across a wall above a window, and connecting the drive travel body of the drive unit to the window. SOLUTION: An outer wall panel 3b is provided on the outdoor side across sash bars 3a, 3a, and an interior wall 3c is provided on the indoor side. The interior wall 3c is retreated upward by the prescribed height from a sash frame 4, and the sash bar 3a is exposed on the indoor side. The electric motor 10 of a drive unit 2 and belt wheels 7, 7 are fitted to the sash bars 3a, 3a from the indoor side. A box cover 6 is fitted to the sash frame 4 and the interior wall 3c. The drive travel body 9 of the window drive unit 2 and a sash 1 are integrally connected through a lower face opening section 11 by a plate metal 12. In this installation structure, the structure of an outer wall 3 above the sash 1 merely requires a slight change of the fitting mode of the interior wall 3c. A window can be easily opened or closed automatically and advantageously in cost. |
