<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a regeneration circuit such as a combustion chamber of a rocket engine. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of a regeneration circuit structural body 10, an intermediate layer 12 is formed over a supporting core body 11 appearing as an inner side shape of the structural body 10, a series of passages which are regularly distributed around the core body 11, are formed out of the passages which are opened to the intermediate layer 12 so as to be provided with fusible inserts, the supporting core body 11 is preheated so as to be formed into the main body 14 of the structural body 10 by means of thermal atomization under the vacuum, the passages are machined from the out side into the main body 14 so as to allow fusible inserts 152 to be filled therein. And furthermore, a blocking layer 17 is formed so as to allow the passages of the main body 14 to be blocked, and an outer side enclosing wall 18 is preheated so as to be formed up under the vacuum by means of thermal atomization, and the whole of the fusible inserts and the intermediate layer 12 are removed, so that the aforesaid regeneration circuit can be manufactured.</p> |
