PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the winding work of a coil easier, by providing flange sections at bath ends of a bobbin, and cutting off the flange on the projecting section side of a core after a winding is wound around the bobbin. SOLUTION: A bobbin 1 is composed of an upper flange section 2, a lower flange section 3, and a winding barrel section 4. The upper flange section 2 is disconnectably connected to the winding barrel section 4 by means of junctions provided at a plurality of spots on the inner periphery of the section 2. A winding 6 is wound around the winding barrel section 4 of the bobbin 1. The assemblage of a core for contactless charger is completed when the upper flange section 2 is cut off from the winding barrel section 4 at the junctions after the winding 6 is wound around the winding barrel section 4 and the bobbin 1 is mounted on a core 7 having a projecting cross section and a flat upper surface. Alternatively, the barrel section 4 is divided into an upper half part 41 having the upper flange section 2, and a lower half part 42 having the lower flange section 3. The upper and lower half parts 41 and 42 are combined together in an insertable-removable state and, after the winding 6 is wound, the half bobbin part 41 or 42 not wound with the winding 6 is removed. When the coil is constituted in this way, the economic efficiency of the coil is improved, because the half bobbin part 41 or 42 which is not wound with the winding 6 can be reutilized.
|
