ADSORBENT PRODUCTION METHOD

FIELD: production of sorbents and adsorbents on the base of natural materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves drying, grinding and thermal treatment of diatomite. Thermal treatment is conducted at temperature sufficient for loss of 550-650 C in the process of calcination. Product obtained may be used for purification of industrial gases, as well as it may be used as odor and moisture absorber for domestic air filters, or as filler for cat's toilet containers etc. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and simplified production method.
