<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate carrying inside and outside a pipe body, apply pipe bodies having different inner diameters from one another in a device of one size, carry out continuous treatment when inner diameter of the pipe during treatment operation is changed, simplify the constitution, reduce the equipment cost, and enable a high treatment efficiency and a uniform treatment. SOLUTION: In this pipe inner wall surface treatment device, a shaft member 3 is stored inside a pipe body and extends in a pipe axis direction. In three paired support arms 4f fixed to a front and a rear ends of the shaft member 3, extending in three radial directions, and provided at its front end with a guide wheel 5 for rotating in a pipe axis direction, a pair of support arms 4fe, 4be are functioned as support arms capable of expanding provided with an expansion/urge air cylinder.
