PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make divergence of a light led from an LED uniform and enhance the degree of freedom of creation of design. SOLUTION: A transparent member 15 is composed of a transparent synthetic resin layer which does not contain light scattering material. One side surface in the thickness direction is a light reflecting surface, and the other surface is a light outputting surface. A semitransparent member 16 is composed of a semitransparent synthetic resin layer which is bonded to the transparent member 15 and contains a light scattering material. A surface type light emitting member composed of a light guide piece 13 is formed of the transparent member 15 and the semitransparent member 16. A light emitting diode 20 is arranged on at least one end surface side of the surface type light emitting member composed of the light guide piece 13. A light is made incident on the transparent member 15 and the semitransparent member 16. |
