PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a consumer accurate electric power management realizable by completely providing a time consistency (synchronism) of an electronic watthour meter, an indicator and a time limit signal and a time zone distinguishing signal provided for the consumer. SOLUTION: An indicator 20 is provided with a time zone switching information memory portion 23 memorizing a time zone switching information corresponding to a demand/supply calendar, and a calendar clock 22 measuring a time. The indicator 20 is further provided with a means 29 previously determining a kind of the time zone at the time advanced by an optional time from a present time of the calendar clock 22 by the time zone switching information memory portion 23, and a means 27 outputting a time zone distinguishing signal previously determined in synchronous to a demand time limit pulse signal from an electronic watthour meter 10 to the outside. |
