To facilitate conducting business by portable phone, an accessory device is provided which comprises a strap with fastening means to allow it to be secured to a portable phone or the like and having attached thereto means for making memoranda including a pad of sheets of paper and means to secure a writing instrument such as a pencil or pen. The embodiments of the invention may also include an attaching means capable of attaching other articles such as a key ring, etc. The note pad may also include a cover, a digital electronic calculator mounted inside the cover and a pocket for coins and tokens and the like on the outside of the cover.
