PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production and handling and to enhance ionic conductivity by bringing a fiber structure comprising fibers made from gel forming polymer for forming gel in a specified nonaqueous solvent and fibers durable to this solvent into contact with the specified nonaqueous solvent and gelatinizing the gel forming polymer in the fiber structure. SOLUTION: Fibers durable to a specified nonaqueous solvent have no possibility of remarkable drop of mechanical, chemical performance such as dissolution or swelling even if they are brought into contact with the specified nonaqueous solvent for forming gel together with fibers made from gel forming polymer, remain as fibers in a solid electrolyte, and enhance mechanical performance and handleability of the solid electrolyte. The fibers are required to have sufficient insulation. As these fibers, fibers of polyolefin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and cellulose are listed. |
