<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gap choking member which is light in weight, assures good workability, and can choke a gap perfectly. SOLUTION: This gap choking member 1 is composed of a body 2 and a covering member 3, wherein the body 2 is made in plate form from unvulcanized rubber and has sticking and deforming capabilities, while the covering member 3 is adhered to the surface of the body 2 by the sticking property which the body 2 itself posesses and covers the surface of the body 2 so that any other matter is unlikely to attach to the obverse surface of the body 2. Thereby if the reverse surface of the body 2 is adhered to the peripheral area of bored hole(s) in a partitioning member and the periphery of a refrigerant pipe, the gap between the hole in the partitioning member and an inserted member can be blocked, and the operations can be executed easily without contaminating the operator's hands, and after choking of the gap, dust, etc., is unlikely to attach to the surfaces.</p> |
